Smiles 155:365

My lovely cousin Lizzie posted this on her FB page. And it certainly made me smile. I agree wholeheartedly with Carly - hence this blog.

Other things that made me smile today.
Sharing Handa's surprise with M and M in their English class, and having a debate about whether the animal that butts the tangerines off the tree is the goat or the antelope. We said goat - and M and M did a great job explaining why - but the resources I'd downloaded to go with the story said the antelope did it.

Saw my friend Miquel on The One Show as Castellers de Vilafranca built human towers in Salisbury. (That's him in the middle of the picture!)

Sheldon on BBT in response to Leonard's expression of doubt - "I can confirm that I do have genitals and that they are functional and aesthetically pleasing."

Say cheese in other languages
In Indonesian you can also say Buncis which means green beans to make someone smile!

Penultimate Zumba today - and this song always makes me smile. It reminds me of Carolina and Maqui, and  I like the song. What's more, it's not too tricky a routine either!

Isaac's technology project was part of the Design Fair this evening - looked good. Also liked the automaton that Tabea and Diandra had made - Psy and his dancers.

No sunshine today but it didn't rain. So that's something!

Say cheese in other languages
In Indonesian you 'say cheese'  or Katakan keju!

Lovely to see that, despite the constant subzero temperatures of the last few weeks, the trees are getting ready for spring and budding. Hurrah!

Following on from yesterday, this one had us in stitches too!

Other things that made me smile today
I remembered the discussion I was having with the boys on the way to school the other day. I commented that the name of the German band Die Toten Hosen means The dead trousers. So we thought of some band names of our own. Jude won with The Daydreaming Dungarees. If I had a band...
Tonight was Fajiiiiiiiiitas night :o)
A very hot shower after a very cold run.
