I made the acquaintance of another y2 class this morning and had some very interesting conversations! I seemed to puzzle some of them which amused me whilst others told me their life stories as soon as they met me.
Conversation at lunchtime turned to extra digits - I think we got there from binary but not sure! - and Joe's tale of the two thumbed perfume seller had us crying with laughter.
And after school - ZUMBA! How I've missed trying to beat my lack of rhythm and coordination into submission! I hope Miranda and the Zumba mums would be proud of me - I wore my vest with pride and although there was no bull fighting or 'dulce de leche', I did my best!

Penultimate Zumba today - and this song always makes me smile. It reminds me of Carolina and Maqui, and  I like the song. What's more, it's not too tricky a routine either!

Isaac's technology project was part of the Design Fair this evening - looked good. Also liked the automaton that Tabea and Diandra had made - Psy and his dancers.

No sunshine today but it didn't rain. So that's something!

In Indonesian you 'say cheese'  or Katakan keju!

Oh what a night! I don't think I stopped smiling all evening - and laughing! And singing and dancing.
This the 'Zumba Mums' before photo - before we changed into our bubble tops and got very hot and sweaty dancing to entertain other parents at the school benefit. (See the end of the post for the 'during' photo!)
Love them all!
And thanks to David Pickup for taking so many photographs - including a 'great' one of me waving my arms in the air with my mouth wide open, singing!

Other smiles today came from a 8.75mile run on which I swear I must have been perspiring Prosecco, the London Marathon which always moves me, and a huge bowl of rice krispies after church when I was very very hungry!

Finally, in Mandarin you can also just say 笑一笑! (xiào yī xiào!) - smile
