Church - and lots of 'you were great' and 'pleased you're back to normal' comments.

Lunch out with all the family including Bob and his beloved Jesse cowgirl who developed a love of melon over lunchtime.

Managed to squeeze in a run - where I found the energy from I do not know but I managed 3 miles - quite quickly actually!

Going to have an early night - bath and bed with a book I think!
