Jude did the Hill West 4k today, his first race. I am so proud of him! 
He may have declared 'never again' as he crossed the line but he did it and he has the medal to prove it.
I may yet persuade him to do a ParkRun but it'll have to wait for the holidays as he has BSCB, and I may have to lie about the time I wake him as it's a little early for a teenager on a Saturday...
